SAM FENDER

Mammoth hit 'Seventeen Going Under' hasn't really gone off the air-waves since Sam played TRNSMT last year. This Geordie singer has grown from strength to strength and worked his way up the stages and bill and is now rightly a headliner in his own right. Expect a massive gathering for this one!

THE VIEW

Kulbritania favourites are always well received in Scotland a kicked their return last year with five nights at Glasgow's O2 Academy. Despite the recent brotherly tension, it will be this performance at TRNSMT that everyone will be talking about for years to come with the Dundee band reminding everyone just why they are one of Scotland's most loved bands . WHEN: MAIN STAGE, FRIDAY

 

THE ENEMY

Tom Clarke, Andy Hopkins and Liam Watts are back on the festival stages where they belong! The Coventry rockers are dynamite live and a set that is sure to include their singles 'Had Enough', 'Away From Here', 'You're Not Alone' and 'We Live and Die in These Towns' will rock Glasgow Green. WHEN: KING TUT'S, SUNDAY

 

PAUL HEATON (AND GUEST SINGER)

Not to be missed! Former Housemartin and member of the Beautiful South, Paul Heaton has always been a festival favourite dating back to T in the Park days. With Glasgow lass Rianne Downey being his recent guest singer tongues have been wagging as to whether she will continue this role at TRNSMT. Pub-goers will be praying Mr Heaton continues his custom of putting pints behind bars in cities where he playing!  WHEN: MAIN STAGE, FRIDAY

 

KASABIAN  

A memorable entrance and performance supporting Liam Gallagher at Hampden last year. Serge and the band will get the Glasgow crowd bouncing from the first beats. This will go off! WHEN: MAIN STAGE, SATURDAY

 

JAMIE WEBSTER

A class act both on stage and off, Liverpool lad Jamie Webster rightly progresses to the Main Stage. The two sell-out nights at the Barras were electric. Chants of 'Fxxk the Tories' will start hours before this talented singer songwriter takes to the stage. Get down early and enjoy. WHEN: MAIN STAGE, SUNDAY

 

THE KOOKS

It's hard to believe Luke Pritchard and his band have been about for almost 20 years! Returning to TRNSMT the Brighton rockers are sure to pull a big crowd with their music appealing to both loyal fans and the young team.

THE JOY HOTEL 

The seven piece collective featuring the sultry vocals of Emme Woods open the King Tut's stage on the Friday. Recent single 'Jeremiah' and forthcoming single 'Old Man's Eyes' are sure to feature in their set. Expecting big things from this band! WHEN: KING TUT'S STAGE, FRIDAY
