The sequel to Trainspotting has an official release date and filming begins today.
The film will see the original cast, including Ewan McGregor and Robert Carlyle, reunite with director Danny Boyle. Fans in Edinburgh spotted Ewan Bremner (aka Spud) filming scenes last week in Edinburgh, though an announcement from Sony states that work on the film begins this morning.
