For Spring/Summer 2016, Spezial continues to showcase the visual history of the brand with the three-stripes, while uncovering the potent European identity that runs through adidas’ heritage. This time, Gary Aspden and producers &SON turning their attention to the French Riviera, channelling the beautiful seascapes and effortless style of the Côte d’Azure into a brand new collection of apparel and footwear. Set in between the vibrant city of Marseille and its idyllic coastline, the film tells multiple stories from a collective group of individuals who have a particular talent – be that music, sailing, poetry or diving - while showcasing the scenes that inspired the collection. The film was scored by Cherrystones and street cast in Marseille.
