In the city of New York, adidas unveiled its latest silhouette, the NMD. Featuring both a BOOST sole and a Primeknit upper, the sneaker combines adidas’ current flagship technology with styling cues from archival models such as the Micro Pacer, Rising Star, and Boston Super, resulting in a shoe that’s at once futuristic and familiar. The debut colorway of the sneaker sticks to a clean black and white with hits of blue and red, though we’re sure to see many more renditions throughout 2016.

The adidas Originals NMD is set to launch globally on December 12, 2015.
