Ad stars two real-life brothers from Leeds, Austin, 12, and Rocco, six

Co-op has unveiled it's new Christmas advert and it's up there with the most heartwarming of the season.

It stars two real-life brothers from Leeds, who perform an impressive rendition of the Oasis classic Round Are Way outside their local supermarket to raise the spirits of their community during the pandemic.

It opens with the older lad, Austin, 12, deciding to go out with his guitar after hearing a news report explaining that Christmas will be 'different' this year.

The duo soon warm up and gain confidence as more people stop to listen, dance and applaud - with Austin even giving a passing group of women a cheeky wink.

One observer even stops to offer a donation, which the boys politely decline - simply putting a smile on the faces of their community is thanks enough.

They end their performance by belting out the final bars of the track, in a manner to do Oasis proud, before strolling home arm in arm.
