Rumours are circulating that The Libertines  will perform a secret surprise set on The Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury, filling in for Florence + The Machine's original slot tonight (Friday 26 June).

After Florence stepped up to headline when Foo Fighters were forced to pull out, her original set time after Motorhead was left blank on the schedule. Now, Emily Eavis has confirmed that a band will be performing during that time on the Pyramid Stage.

Emily Eavis confirmed this but did not reveal the name of the band: "There is definitely something filling that gap but under no circumstances will it be announced," she said. "Luckily it's been a proper secret, a proper surprise, which actually is quite hard to do now because things get out."

In other news, The Libertines play new song at BKS Festival.
