In an interview with Varvet International, Noel Gallagher discussed his attitude towards money and said:

"Yeah I've wasted a lot of money on frivolous shite. That's what it is for right? What's it for? Stick it in the bank? You can't take it with you, you know? But I don't spend it as I used to. I'm kind of aware of the value of money now. But when you are 27 and you've sold 18 million records you don't think about spending millions on cocaine and women and cars you can't even drive and nights out. But I did that at my age, I'd be a bit of an asshole. Money is for spending. The more you put in the bank, the more the government will take off you anyway. So you might as weel fuckin' spend it."

What do you think? Do you agree with Noel?

In other news, Johnny Marr told us in an exclusive that he'd consider joining Noel's band.
