In an interview with q on cbc, Noel Gallagher discussed the state of rock and what is missing these days:

"It's not about the spirit. There's a lot of bands in England now. They've got the clothes, the attitude, the hairdoes. They are young. They look great. And I say to those people "Write a fuckin' chorus. It doesn't matter your attitude. Attitude don't sell records. Attitude don't mean shit. Your hairdo doesn't mean anything. It's all about the tunes.The songs are missing now"

In other news, former Oasis said he'd love to see this band again.
