Liam Gallagher performs in Manchester at his first solo gig.

Liam Gallagher told the crowd in Manchester last night 'normal business has resumed' after playing songs from his new solo album 'As You Were' and also six Oasis classics from debut album 'Definitely Maybe' and 'Be Here Now'.

Those who were there last night say it was an emotional gig as it took place just days after the terrorist attack which killed 22 people and injured hundreds in his hometown of Manchester. Liam Gallagher donated all proceeds to the victims of the Manchester terror attack at Ariana Grande's concert.

Members of the Courteeners, Ricky Hatton and Blossoms were among those in the audience.

Daniel Moores of the Courteeners said: 'These gigs are very important to bring solidarity to Manchester.'and added '"We're all in same boat aren't we? We all love each other. But he's the main man, Liam Gallagher."
