Apparently, El Patrón; Pedro Escobar, heard it's Noel Gallagher's birthday today and wanted to wish him a happy birthday. Apparently, he is a huge fan of Noel's work as well.

The tweet was shared by Narcos Netflix and as you may know, Noel Gallagher celebrated his birthday last weekend. Pablo Escobar says he is a big fan of the former Oasis guitarrist.
